Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. Please note that orders placed after 2 PM (EST) on Fridays, during weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • 1/1 Orders: If you have placed a 1/1 or order, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: (5-7 business days) – All orders include a flat rate of $5.99. based off the country of order, additional charged may be included.

International Shipping

  • We proudly offer international shipping to over 50 countries. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our carrier’s website.

  • If using SHOP, packages can be tracked on the online app or website.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, please allow an additional 2-3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. If it still has not arrived, please contact our online website Q/A for assistance.

  • For lost or stolen packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a suitable resolution, including potential replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that final sale items, and 1/1 products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, visit our online Q/A on our website and enter your order number and email address, along with a description of what you are returning and why.

  1. Prepare Your Package: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the original packing slip. Remove any previous labels from the outside of the package.

  1. Shipping Label: Print the prepaid return shipping label provided and attach it to the package. If you choose not to use our prepaid label, please send your return to the following address:

  1. Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Please retain your shipping receipt for your records.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds: Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • Product Availability: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item promptly.

  • Even Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our online website Q/A or @northavenueclothing.com for an even exchange at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@yourclothingwebsite.com or call us at 1-800-123-4567. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
